Our goal is to onboard your assets into the CMMS such that work orders can be issued and assigned to a specific asset at the point the building officially turnover over to operations so there is NO work order history gap.

Turnover Workgroup (TOW)

However, the turnover process of moving from the construction phase into the operational phase often tends to create some angst and trepidation among members of the facilities team who will be responsible for maintaining and operating the new building.   1. Planning for the eventual turnover needs to start early in the design phase and continues throughout design, construction and well into the operational phase of the building.
